Shipping Information
We ship our festive goodies worldwide (except to Asia and some remote areas) to bring Christmas cheer across the globe!
Order Processing
After you place your order, our elves need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your Christmas treasures for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two merry shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – £12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – For orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Our Returns Promise
While we work hard to ensure our Christmas designs bring nothing but cheer, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. Don’t worry – our returns policy is more flexible than Santa’s sleigh route!
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase
🎅 Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- “Baby’s first Christmas bauble print” (and all other personalised items)
- “Cheeky Christmas Finger!” (and all novelty items of an intimate nature)
- Any products that have been personalised or customised
- Barbie Inspired Pink Christmas Wishes Typography Quote (special order items)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for instructions – we’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship your return to our workshop at: The Christmas Store

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- We made an error in your order
If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement!
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or design? No problem! Follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label – no need to worry about return shipping costs!
International Returns
Since we ship globally (except Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same process. Please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- Return shipping times may vary depending on your location
- Refunds will be issued in GBP (British Pounds)
