Ho ho ho! At The Christmas Store, we want your festive shopping experience to be as joyful as Christmas morning. While we work hard to ensure our bold, colourful Christmas designs bring nothing but cheer, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right.

Don’t worry – our returns policy is more flexible than Santa’s sleigh route! Read on to learn how we can help make things right.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Please note: Due to the personal nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • “Baby’s first Christmas bauble print” (personalised items)
  • “Cheeky Christmas Finger!” (novelty items of intimate nature)
  • Any products that have been personalised or customised

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for instructions – we’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship your return to our workshop at:

  5. Keep your tracking number – we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or design? No problem! Follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label – no need to worry about return shipping costs!

International Returns

Since we ship globally (except Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same process. Please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • Return shipping times may vary depending on your location
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP (British Pounds)
